Our conditions
After finishing the remote-maintenance-support you will get an itemized invoice (+ taxes), depending on the level of urgency we estimate:
a) Urgency-Level "High" ->Response time < 2 hours: per minute 2,50- €
b) Urgency-Level "Normal" ->Response time < 4 hours: per minute 1,50 €
incl. applicable fees (telephone, internet).
we estimate 37,50 € for each 1/2 hour (excl. taxes)
On-Site-Service for business customers:
we estimate 125,- € per hour (excl. taxes)
Driving charges:
we estimate 0,51 € per kilometer (excl. taxes)
